These next steps are recommended action items for your consideration.  In order to reach the determined objectives, we will apply our Intellectual Capital to design and implement improvement projects that can maximize benefits of existing hardware and software by increasing efficiency of existing systems.  We will also outline ways to help manage existing technology costs and do new things with existing programs.  Our objective here is to maximize the benefits from dollars already invested in technology.

After we establish a solid base, we can begin to plan and implement new technology solutions.  As a first step, we will work with you to develop a technology plan that will be our road map to design and implement new systems.  This might indicate that we should create a corporate intranet to allow more on-line interaction and sharing among your employees.  Perhaps our plan will define benefits that include internet solutions, video conferencing, telecommuting or integration of phone, fax and e-mail.  Whatever the solution, it will be in response to your need and benefit your business, your employees, and your customers.
