Through consultation with management, we document the IT dimension of your business objectives.  This includes gathering information about your business objectives and providing insight into the possible future environment required by IT to support those objectives.  These objectives may already be documented or may be developed during discussions.

We will work with you to define or clarify technology objectives for your business and your customers.  This might include faster customer access to information about your company, or better employee access to information about your customers and business partners.  Perhaps you're looking for enhanced operating efficiencies through decreased order fulfillment time, or more comprehensive financial information, or improved real time sales reporting.
