Office 365 continues to release updates – this month’s updates include pinning documents to the Windows Start menu, the ability to insert images from your phone or tablet into documents and presentations, and additional cloud storage partner integration within Office 365. - Communications – Set options for Skype for Business (Lync) Meetings
Learn best practices for using Skype for Business based on the size of your audience (up to 250 participants). If you need more than 250 participants, look into Skype Meeting Broadcast for up to 10,000 participants. - Productivity – 6 new Excel functions that simplify your formula editing experience
A very common task for users in spreadsheets is to combine text strings, but until now, if you wanted to join text strings from a range of cells, you had to specify each cell individually. The new TEXTJOIN and CONCAT functions let you combine text strings from ranges of cells with or without using a delimiter, such as a comma separating each item. Other new functions are IFS and SWITCH as well as MAXIFS and MINIFS. - Security – Migrating to Microsoft Intune
