Quickly and Easily Search for People and Messages in Outlook Web App
One of the perks of using Office 365 is the availability of the web apps. These include Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Delve, OneNote, and a select few others. Quite possibly the most used web application of all is Outlook Web App (OWA). By using OWA, many of our customers choose to access their mail and calendar through the web browser instead of having to open up a separate application, saving time and effort that could be used more efficiently on other tasks.
Recently, one of our customers was having trouble searching OWA quickly. Well, there is a simple way to do so – and the answer is just as easy as the task itself. Below is a short table of the most used search keywords and some examples. Give these a shot in your OWA window, https://mail.office365.com.
